If your server is down, we will follow your instructions to reboot server or notify your server provider to request a reboot.

Our response time on reboots is guaranteed within approx. 30 minutes!

Most tickets are responded to in less than 1:30 hour on average.

Most tickets are completely resolved in less than 12 hours. Emergencies are always prioritized and resolved faster.

We do not limit the number of tasks/tickets you submit as we do not charge based on the work or issues you do submit.

We support the entire server, the OS, WHM/cPanel, Plesk, Kernel, Qmail, ImunifyAV, CSF Firewall, Apache, PHP, MySQL, Litespeed, Nginx, Perl, Exim, FTP, Wordpress, etc.

We'll setup and configure the server, cPanel and Plesk control panel, DNS, Apache, Nginx, Emails and everything you need completely from scratch to get the server ready for your use.

We can configure backups and also restore the backups on your server. We can also do a full system restore from your backups if necessary.

If your server hard disk or hardware failure, we can rebuild your server from scratch and restore your server from backups.

If your server is crashed or hacked, we will troubleshoot the problem and we will rebuild your entire system from backups.

If you are transferring websites/accounts from one server to another, we can migrate them for you from the old server to your new server.

You must have root access for your servers and Plesk & cPanel running on both the old server and new server.

We will update all system packages, including all yum updates and Kernel updates on your server.

We will install and configure paid antispam like MagicSpam, Imunify360, ASSP Deluxe, Warden measures to help prevent inbound and outbound spam.

We will harden the server to prevent malware and hacking. We can also find and remove any suspicious activity found and respond and resolve any abuse complaints you receive.

We will optimize your server to run with the best performance so you can get the most out of your server.
